"I ordered a wallet and the whole delivery..."
I ordered a wallet and the whole delivery process was frustrating. It took way longer than I expected, and checking the tracking felt like way too many steps for barely any useful updates. The status hardly moved, and I never really got a clear idea of what was going on. Not happy with the delivery speed at all, and I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Slow support and no real answer"
So... I reached out to customer support because I needed help, but the replies were really slow and didn’t really answer my question. After going back and forth, I still didn’t get a clear solution. it just wasn’t a good experience for me.

"I wasn’t a fan of the site..."
I wasn’t a fan of the site at all. It looks outdated, like it hasn’t had a proper refresh in years, and the product pages feel cluttered with random colors and fonts. Trying to browse wallets was more annoying than it should’ve been. On top of that, I noticed the terms seemed to change, which just made me trust it even less. The whole thing really needs a cleaner redesign and more consistency

"Fell apart way too fast..."
I really wanted this to work out, but the stitching started coming loose after just a few days... definitely not what I expected

"Returning it was such a hassle"
I tried to return the wallet, the whole refund process turned into a headache. Support took forever to reply, and I kept having to follow up just to see what was going on, which is never fun. The money eventually came back, but it took way longer than it should have. Not really looking to buy from them again, to be honest.

"Looked okay, but not worth the price"
I ordered a wallet from thewalletstore.in it looked decent at first glance, nothing too bad. But once I actually held it, the quality felt a bit cheaper than what I expected for the price. Maybe I was expecting too much, but still. Delivery was smooth, so no complaints there, but overall I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Didn’t feel worth the price"
I ordered a wallet from thewalletstore.in, i was disappointed. I’ve bought cheaper wallets before from local stores that felt much better than this one. The material had a cheap feel, the stitching wasn’t even, and after just a few days it already started looking worn out. For the price, I really expected better quality. I don’t think I’ll be buying from them again

"Crushed box and no one took responsibility"
The box showed up completely crushed and looked like it had been tossed around. The packaging was messy and not protected well at all. What made it more frustrating was that when I tried to get help, nobody really took ownership of the issue. Everyone seemed to pass it off like it wasn’t their problem. Not happy with the experience.
